Shipping Info

- Once I open shop and all the orders come in, I will start packing and shipping. Due to the influx of more orders, packing and shipping all orders will take around 2 weeks. I will notify customers via my twitter account and/or email if the shipping will take a little more than 2 weeks! I do everything for my shop, so thank you for being patient with me! :D I will do my very best to ship as quickly as possible! All of my products will be shipped from the United States Postal Service (USPS).

-Please make sure your address and name is complete and correct. Remember to include Apt., Suite, Floor or Room number!

-Domestic (within the US territory) will take around 3-5 business days. Maybe even less! 

-International Orders: Around 3-8 weeks. Keep in mind that I am not responsible for items once they are shipped! Sometimes the package may be put through custom checks, which may delay delivery. Please check with your post office in case your package may be on hold there. Customers are responsible for custom fees.

COVID-19 UPDATE: International orders will take more time to be delivered due to delays. It might take around 2-3 months for international packages to be delivered. Please understand the circumstances and thank you for your patience.

Why is International shipping so expensive?

-Unfortunately, I cannot control the official price of USPS International shipping. The shipping price is usually $23.75 for books. Small items tend to be around $10-16, but I will try to make the shipping cost a little cheaper for small items. Customers are responsible for custom fees.

-All orders will receive a shipping notification once the shipping label is created. Tracking is not provided for international orders.

Policy 

-ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

-If an item is lost by the post office, damaged due to delivery, missing or incorrect I will do my best to send a replacement! Although speedy replacement cannot be guaranteed as it does take time for supplies to be restocked and shipped out! Please send a photo of your damaged item and your order number via my email address: [email protected]

- Take note that if the mistake is on the customer's end, you will have to reorder the product! 

-Again, I have no control over the shipped items once it leaves the post office.
