Tattoo Usage Fee

This is the "image fee" for anyone who wishes to use any preexisting artwork I uploaded on my blogs online.
First, contact me through [email protected] to show me which image you'd like to use for your tattoo. Then I will give you full permission to use that one image and that one image ONLY. This is so that you have written proof that I gave you permission to use that image.
*Please note that this is good for ONLY ONE Design. If you want to use another design, you must purchase the Usage Fee again. *
All sales are final!
